Inside Emmerdale legend’s new life with football star husband

Actress and TV host Sheree Murphy is living her best life with her four kids, doting footballer husband, and gorgeous family home – complete with a killer walk-in closet that would make Mariah Carey jealous

The 49-year-old actress and TV show host is best known for her role of Tricia Dingle in ITV’s Emmerdale, from 1998 until 2004. Sheree’s iconic character saw have a slew of flings with men in the village until she fell in love Marlon, played by Mark Charnock.

The two tied the knot on the show in 2003 but their relationship hit a rocky patch when she left the Yorkshire village to star in a Bolywood movie – only to come back to find out Marlon had been having an affair with his distant cousin. Just as hopes the romance could be

repaired, Sheree’s charcater was caught up in a storm that wrecked the pub she worked in. She was declared brain dead after being airlifted to hospital ad then died due to a cardiac arrest.

But away from the doom and gloom of the soap world, Sheree is living her best life and has a husband that doesn’t have a wondering eye for Charity Dingle. The actress, who took part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2005 and came second, is married to Australian footballer Harry Kewell.

The loved-up pair met at the Majestyk nightclub in Leeds back in 2000, and said ‘I do’ in a Las Vegas ceremony just two years later. Together, they have a son, Taylor, and three daughters: Ruby, Matilda, and Dolly. Luckily, Sheree’s gorgeous home is certainly big enough for the entire family.

In a series of social media posts, Sheree has given a glimpse into her immaculate home – complete with bold painting such as one of Queen Elizabeth wearing a white fur coat while blowing out a bubble of chewing gum. There’s multiple neon signs in the house too, with one hilariously declaring: “It’s all downhill from here.”

Sheree’s living room is more understated, complete with glossy white flooring, cream curtains, and a lavish mini bar. According to OK! Magazine, there’s also a perfectly-organised walk-in pantry, and modern kitchen with marble countertops.

But, it is her stunning walk-in wardrobe, complete with a collection of designer shoes and bags, that has caught fans’ attention the most. She says she based her huge dressing room on diva Mariah Carey, and wanted ‘aisles’ to separate all of her fabulous wardrobe best-bits. It seriously does look like something from Selling Sunset, or MTV’s ‘Welcome to My Crib’.
