Emmerdale fans ‘work out’ Kim Tate’s new love interest – and it’s a returning soap legend

Soap legend Kim (Claire King) first set foot in the Dales back in 1989 and quickly became one of the show’s most iconic characters. Claire ended up leaving in 1999 in a bid to explore other opportunities.

However, 20 years later, she made an epic to the ITV soap. Throughout her years on the soap, the character has been involved in some of its biggest storylines.

From saucy affairs to even faking her own death, her time in the Dales has not been short of drama. Especially at the moment, as Kim’s had a turbulent few months in the village.

She and her husband Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) ended things after Kim revealed she was blackmailing Will after he slept with his ex Rose (Christine Tremarco) earlier this year. Kim has since demanded a divorce from Will – but he is hellbent on destroying Kim.

Going to war with his former wife, Will is determined to get half of Kim’s fortune – despite their pre-nuptial agreement. Naturally, Kim has declared war to fight for her assets.

She also appeared to sleep with her financial advisor Peter – much to the annoyance of Will who ended up getting punched by Peter. However, viewers are now certain that one of Kim’s former flames could be heading back to rekindle things with Kim.

Sharing their thoughts online, fans reckon Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) could make a shock return. Graham made his first appearance in 2017 and was a hit with fans. Sadly, in 2020, he was killed off in a major whodunnit storyline on the soap.

But Graham’s death has not stopped fans from speculating that he could somehow return to resume a relationship with Kim, amid her heartbreak. Writing on an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, one person said: “So who do you think could be Kim’s next man?”

Someone else replied: “Graham!” A third chimed in and agreed: “I’d love Graham to come back.” Echoing their thoughts, another penned: “There’s always hope that he didn’t die.” A fifth wrote: “You never know they did it with Bobby in Dallas,” as a sixth person posted: “Graham will rise from the dead.”
