Kim Tate has demanded a divorce from her husband Will Taylor in Emmerdale.

It was revealed earlier this week that Kim was the secret blackmailer who harrassed Will over his recent one-night stand with Rose Jackson.

Kim lured Will into the woods by making him think she’d been kidnapped, before attacking him and stealing the £40K he’d brought as ransom money.

Friday’s (September 20) episode opened with Will returning to Home Farm after being abandoned in the woods without any communication devices.

Lydia Dingle and Jimmy King eventually found Will trying to crawl out of the shallow grave he’d been forced to dig for himself.

“I need to talk to Kim… now,” Will demanded.

Once he’d got back to Home Farm, Kim said she’d figured out he cheated when a mysterious bouquet of roses was delivered weeks ago.

“You have no idea how much I wanted to feel guilty for the rest of my life for testing you. Instead, I just felt vindicated,” Kim told Will.

Will pleaded with Kim to save their marriage, but she wasn’t interested. She presented Will with divorce papers to sign over every part of her empire that she’d put in his name.

“We’re not separating,” Will insisted.

Kim reminded Will that he’d strayed before with Bernice and Harriet, so she could only believe she meant nothing to him.

“I am ‘worth’ so much more than you in every sense of the word,” Kim declared.

Will then warned Kim she wouldn’t get to simply throw him out on the street. He admitted he’d taken a loan against the haulage firm from Kim’s nemesis Caleb Miligan, which would make Kim and Caleb business partners if he didn’t pay it back.

“You’re an even bigger fool than I thought,” Kim quipped.

In the end, Will walked out instead of signing the divorce papers. Is Will and Kim’s marriage truly over?
