ITV Emmerdale viewers ‘work out’ Kim Tate’s downfall as new enemy ‘revealed’

Emmerdale viewers have been eager to see Kim Tate receive her just desserts, and while Will Taylor may attempt to bring her down, an unexpected villager might choose to intervene in their dispute.

The couple has been at odds since Will Taylor (portrayed by Dean Andrews) had an affair with Rose Jackson, putting him in a precarious

position with his wife Kim (Claire King). However, the situation escalated when she chose to blackmail him as retribution, duping him into digging his own grave.

During Tuesday’s visit to the ITV village (September 24, 2024), the tension increased when Kim revealed to Will that she’d moved on with her financial advisor. Following a confrontation between the two men, which left Will with a bloody nose, Kim offered a peace offering to Will.

But when he realised she was asking him to leave Home Farm, the conflict reignited, and Kim managed to regain Dawn Fletcher’s (Olivia Bromley) favour as they agreed to make peace.

Will was enraged, aware that Kim was prepared to manipulate Dawn, and in another heated move, he sought help from Caleb Miligan (Will Ash), offering assistance in his quest to overthrow Kim and take control of Home Farm, his father Frank’s legacy. However, a third villager might be tempted to exact revenge on Kim herself, reports the Mirror.

Dawn Fletcher was left feeling let down when she discovered her mother Rose (played by Christine Tremarco) had departed the Yorkshire Dales, prompting her to question Kim and Will for explanations.

While Dawn might appear to have forgiven Kim for being the reason behind Rose’s exit, there’s speculation that she could be plotting a scheme for retribution.

In a potential twist, Dawn might decide to move back into Home Farm with her family, presenting a united front with Kim against the duplicitous Will. However, in an unexpected turn of events, she could seek vengeance for Rose and take down Kim in her own unique way.

Fans on social media are eager to witness Kim’s comeuppance unfold on their screens, with one viewer commenting on Monday: “I would actually love it if will got all of home farm from Kim. Kim wins far too much for my liking. She needs a portion of her own medicine.”

Speculation is rife among soap fans about who could have assisted Kim, given she’s unlikely to do the dirty work herself.

“There’s no way Kim would get her hands dirty, so who dug the hole and carried the coffin etc? “, pondered a Reddit user, leading to a response that suggests: “I think it was Billy. Kim gave him that wad of notes Dawn found.”
