Additionally, Vinnie and Gabby get together before breaking up right away. Charles finds it difficult to handle Ethan’s funeral. Emmerdale spoilers for next week include all of this and more.

When Belle finds out she is pregnant, she is appalled and struggles to keep the truth from Tom and Mandy. She pretends to be ill, and Wendy offers Belle advice at the Emmerdale doctor’s office. Belle registers with the physician, and Wendy offers her assistance. Belle is frightened as she considers her alternatives, unsure how to decide.

Tom acts menacingly toward Belle, becoming enraged when Cain makes fun of him for selling Belle’s car without asking his permission. Tom berates Belle, saying she is just mouthing off. He extends his hand to Belle, who cowers back on the couch. As he places his hands on her knees, she declares she is pregnant. Tom draws her in for an embrace, his attitude shifting. They are both crying, but Belle’s tears are clearly not of joy.

Later, Belle finds herself confined in her house once more. She puts some food on the stove to boil before dozing off on the sofa, leading to a fire in the kitchen. Smoke emerges, and a tea towel begins to singe.

Meanwhile, Vinnie and Gabby appear a little uncomfortable as they sip drinks at the Woolpack. They get close, sharing a kiss at the salvage yard. However, things take a different turn when Gabby gives Vinnie a sultry glance and confesses she knows he is a virgin. Agitated, Vinnie ends their relationship. Embarrassed, Gabby walks away, while Vinnie feels guilty. Will they try again?

Elsewhere, Manpreet appears irritated when talking to Ruby. She tells Ruby everything about Charles, and the conversation takes them both by surprise. Ruby, eager to assist, is overcome with guilt. Charles discovers Ruby at church, and she extends her hand to console him. Ruby promises Nikki she will report herself, and when she gets home, Nikki comforts her, unable to bear her cries.

Charles conducts Ethan Anderson’s funeral, but he struggles to handle his personal loss. He sobs uncontrollably, and Claudette tries to console him. Later, Charles treats Manpreet rudely at the Woolpack, getting wasted and asking her to leave. Their relationship appears to be disintegrating.

Liam Cavan is distressed over Ella’s shocking disclosure, torn about giving her another chance. In other news, Rona Goskirk’s gripping court case concluded with the jury’s decision on Friday night. Rona discovered last year that her ex-husband Gus Malcolm and his partner Lucy were expecting a child, despite previously informing her they were infertile. Gus had falsified Rona’s signature to use embryos they had frozen. Tragically, Lucy passed away after the birth of baby Ivy, leaving Rona devastated.

Rona wanted to be a part of Ivy’s life and fought for custody. Gus, planning to leave the community with Ivy, faced Rona’s resistance. A court battle ensued, with Rona preparing for the trial. When the trial began, Gus altered his story, but Rona’s defense retaliated. Rona’s friend Vanessa Woodfield testified, but the defense team caught her off guard.

Rona, taking the stand, became enraged by the prosecution’s charges. Despite everything, the jury declared Rona not guilty, delighting her and her loved ones. Gus, however, was incensed and vowed to keep Ivy away from Rona. Viewers speculated about Gus and Ivy’s future, with some suggesting they might flee to France.
